About me

I have been a registered sports masseur for over 30 years and remain passionate about treating people with sports massage, deep tissue massage and uniquely, voice massage

I started my career as a masseur after studying and dancing at a top level in the Finnish national ballroom dancing team. My love of dance and understanding the strains that dancers put on their bodies inspired me to become a professional masseur. Initially I treated ballroom dancers and then went on to work for The Rambert Dance Company and the Michael Clark Company in the UK. My real break came when I became a full-time masseur for The Royal Ballet in 1997, where I spent three years touring with the company throughout the UK as well as Europe, Japan and China.

Although I have a wide experience treating dancers, being a sports massage therapist I also work with athletes as well as a large number of office workers who are benefitting greatly from massage to relieve back, neck and shoulder pain. Sports massage and deep tissue massage are used for both the treatment and prevention of body ailments and is therefore beneficial to everyone.

I am also qualified as a voice massage therapist which has added to the services I provide, especially to those in the entertainment industry. I am the only qualified voice massage therapist in the country and have seen incredible results with this form of treatment to anyone who uses their voice regularly.

I am currently working from Pineapple Studios in the heart of Covent Garden, London. I'm registered with Complementary Therapist Association (CThA) and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH). Please do get in contact so that I can structure the treatment to your individual needs at a time to suit you.
